Terms of Service

Last updated: May 11, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trickle ("Trickle", "we", "us"), the workflow pacing application for HubSpot, available at trickleflow.app and via the HubSpot Marketplace. By installing or using Trickle, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the HubSpot account you connect.

2. The service

Trickle adds a custom workflow action to HubSpot that releases enrolled records at a configurable, throttled rate. We process only the object IDs HubSpot sends to our action; we do not read or write contact, company, deal, or ticket properties unless explicitly required for an enabled feature.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must connect Trickle only to HubSpot portals you are authorized to administer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use Trickle to violate HubSpot's terms or any applicable law; (b) attempt to bypass rate limits on third-party services in a way that would constitute abuse; (c) reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service; or (d) use Trickle to send unsolicited communications.

5. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. The Free plan is provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime for paid plans. Enterprise customers receive a written SLA with credit remedies. Scheduled maintenance and force-majeure events are excluded.

7. Intellectual property

Trickle and all related software, branding, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data processed through your HubSpot account.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using Trickle and uninstall the app from HubSpot at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
